It just won't release the B channels. I have seen this before (rare) and one of two things fixed it. I tried to make it try again by disabling the Ts and re-enabling them... forcing the Ts to resync and that has fixed it. I also had this once and Telco had to kick the Ts from their side (bring them down and then up again). Just a thought....
