 I just purchased a MAX 2012 and I'd like to know if it will be able to get
incoming calls from ISDN users.

Also Ascend tech support indicated that I should have received
authentication code so that hash codes could be generated to enable
functionality -- is that true?  I can't find any in the box I got.
