This is more than likely due to the v.8bis tone that the FLEX generates,
the only fix we have found is to ask your customers to add a comma after
the dial string.  If your POP number is 555-6666 then the dial string
should be 555-6666,,,, add as many commas as you need 4 or 5 should do it,
but you *may* need more.
