I'm afraid - yes.. In the syslog.conf you have to give pathnames
of files, not directories. I'm using Linux 2.0.33 and my syslog.conf
looks exactly the same. Only difference: /var/log/routerlog is a
file. By the way, it's possible, that you don't get all the information
sent by the P50 when just selecting the ".info"-channel. Try
"local5.* /var/log/routerlog" to get everything (if your syslog-daemon
supports the wildcard *).
