Re: (ASCEND) Line 125 or so of 336 on 1800's



    Welcome to the "new" Bell Atlantic...  It would have to be a problem on
their end. They should be able to place a call and tell you which ISDN phone
number is receiving (or rejecting) the call. Have you tried calling the next
available 1800 directly ? If it takes calls directly but not when
hunt-forwarded its definately a problem in their hunt group settings. You could
swap out the next available 1800 just to prove its not your equipment when they
suggest it might be.
    Also, make friends with a local switch op if you haven't already...  Bell
Atlantic is procedure-happy and finding a friend on the other side of the wall
can make things a whole lot easier to resolve. Its amazing how many people at
BA haven't a clue how ISDN works. [Many stories could follow]
