101 is "Invalid User". We've gotten this when someone put a stray comma
into the "real name" portion of their entry in our password file (we run
Linux) and our home-brew radius uses the stuff after the comma to
determine what profile to use. Which is my roundabout way of saying that
you need to look other places, too, for this particular error.
