(ASCEND) (Ascend) TIPS needed for 4004 upgrade to 6.1.3

     I'm just about to perform my first upgrade on the 4004 since assuming 
     the role. I'm moving up to 6.1.3 from 5.0ap13+ load tbm.m40. I'll also 
     be swapping v.34 cards for 56k's.
     
     I have seen the website instructions and I am building a step by step 
     of what I think I'll need to do. After seeing the experience out there 
     listening to the mailing list, I though I might ask for your comments 
     on any similar upgrades you have been through....
