I think this is what you are looking for:

   'ifInOctets' => '1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10',
   'ifOutOctets' => '1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16',

So, for ethernet in:1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.7
So, for ethernet out:1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.7

Also note some programs need a leading "." before the OID, like CMU's
snmpget.
