I'd recommend changing to at least 5.0A so you can verify
that it is booting the new software.
Also, you might try connecting the debug jumper,
clearing flash (CF), then removing the jumper and rebooting.
it may come up at 9600 bps instead of 57600 (I don't recall)
and should be ready with the Xmodem "CKCKCKCK" upload.
