(ASCEND) MAX 4000 software code

Hi,
I have upgraded the software code of MAX 4000 from 6.0.7 to 6.1.3. On
older software code I was facing frequent disconnection problem. Moving
on to the newer code (6.1.3), the logged users have no activity after
authentication. I then moved to 6.1.7 but the same problem (as with
6.1.3) persists. On pinging most of the logged user I get 'request timed

out' except for few IP's. Any thoughts??
