BACP defines this in the protocol, but the MAX does not support it.

For the MAX to be making the calls, it has to have the number dialed
configured
somewhere. If you have none set for dial-out, then you should not have any
dial-numbers configured...have you verified this at all.

If the MAX has no dial-out numbers configured and RADIUS too, then I see no
way for this to happen.
