Not since the Internic's contract expired at the end of March. In fact
they had notices up just before then on the FTP site saying this
would happen.

Like Megazone said, http://www.rfc-editor.org/ is a new source. Not
sure if it has Internet Drafts too, so I'll also list www.isi.edu
which I know does (click on "Publications").
