(ASCEND) M4k 6.1.7 warnings 140 and 179; stopped authenticating

So far, 6.1.7 has been good to us, however:

This box has 2 (busy) PRIs, mix of analogue and digital, no OSPF, no
Stacking.  Soon after this it stopped RADIUS authenticating users (RADIUS
logs showed p=65 (LCP Opened) c=170 (PPP Auth timeout)).  We re-booted :-(

Meanwhile, the first box I upgraded to 6.1.7 (which is not so busy) has
clocked up 7 days and looks good:

On the positive side, no IP Pools leaks yet :-)
