I'm using 6.1.7 here on our two 4048's and it works great, handles 
v.90 and ISDN (64K or 128K), no stability problems at all - actually 
in an entire year we've had a single crash out of our maxes, and I'm 
pretty sure it was my screwup. If there isn't something specific you 
need in the 7.0 release (I haven't looked at it - not sure what new is 
offered), just go back to 6.1.7. Works for me.
