(ASCEND) MP/MPP problem with 7.0.0 on a 4048

I upgraded from 6.1.3 to 7.0.0 yesterday and now no one can get more than
1 isdn channel.

I see in the docs it says there is a known issue with bace ch count, and
to increase that - so i did, no difference.

Do I have any option other that to downgrade?
