(ASCEND) 6.1.3, 4048, v.90 modems

	Hello, I have been using 6.1.3 on our maxes for modem
dialup (v.90). I was wondering if people find the 6.1.7 release
to be any more reliable. The servers running the 6.1.3 code worked
fine for a couple months at least, but I have been recieving
complaints of disconnections lately. I had noticed others complaining
of similar problems on this list before. So, I have been thinking
of trying out the 6.1.7 release on one of our maxes as a test.
If anyone wants to share their experience with modems and 6.1.7,
I would greatly appriciate it.
