(ASCEND) session options

We have several users that are getting disconnected after 2 minutes.  For
one of these users, I even have their radius profile set to no idle or
session time limits.

Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing or need to check?



In Ethernet->Answer->Session options...

	Idle=0
	Max Call Duration=0



In the radius users file:

hgmc	Password="UNIX"
	User-Service=Framed-User ,
