(ASCEND) Hayes Acura ISDN Modem

Can anyone send me a Radius Profile that
works with an Acura ISDN Modem.  We have a
user that can connect but cannot get the
second channel up.  No problems with our
other users, just with this one.  I am
guessing that their is something specific you
must include for this piece of hardware to
work, but haven't had any luck finding it.
