(ASCEND) LQM in 7.0.0? (Was: Bug or feature?)

I'd like to know about the LQM, as well. When I went from 4.6C to
5.0Ap42, one of my customers would just dial up and immediately
disconnect over and over if I didn't have LQM on. Of course, I'll
try it without the LQM first, but I like to know if the option is
open or not should the customer still have that problem (if it
isn't then I'll have to figure out what the real problem is, you
see :-P ).
So, has anyone tried 7.0.0 with LQM on? Same behavior as 6.1.X
or not?
