This is covered in the Ascend documentation.  Check the "Status Window
Reference" chapter of th MAX 4000 Series Reference Guide".  You will
be interested in the "Line N Stat", "Line Errors", and "FDL N Stats"
windows and the "WAN Stats" window.

Line N Stat -

There are also a number of other commands in both Diagnostic mode and in
Term Serv to get statistics.
