(ASCEND) Radius and message files playing up?

Hi,

I have just noticed that our /var/log/message files haven't been updated
for the past 3 days (last was 11:57 on the 12/12/98).

Last time I something like this Radius(Ascend Radius) locked up about a
week latter, anyone had similar problems or know where I should look?
