        Reset from console, user profile admin.


After the Warning 200, the TNT slowed to a crawl, and would respond to
3% of the pings it was sent.  A reset cured things.  

I'm hoping this is the "under heavy load, modems could stop accepting
calls" correction which was listed in the 7.0.1 release notes.  Will
try it out later.
