I have just received this mail from a customer.

Can I overide the password with physical access the pipeline, or
forcibly reload the firmware?

Disaster, 

I have totally ****** the pipeline 50, so much so I'm going to have to
send it back to you.

I registered my firewall software, but to use it I had to upgrade the
firmware, needless to say I have totally stuffed it up. Its now locked
with a security password I don't know.

Please send me your address and I'll ship it back to you.

Can you arrange a replacement ASAP please?
