(ASCEND) Wierd LCP errors on MAX 4000:

Hello All:

Can anyone point me in the right direction for what to check for a
client that keeps
getting the following:

Dec 21 11:14:30 ascend01 ASCEND: slot 9 port 6, line 2, channel 2, Call
Connected, 212 [MBID 323; 212] 
Dec 21 11:14:30 ascend01 ASCEND: call 23 AN slot 9 port 6 56KR 
Dec 21 11:14:32 ascend01 ASCEND: call 23 CL 0K   c=185 p=75 s=56000
r=56000
Dec 21 11:14:32 ascend01 ASCEND: slot 9 port 6, line 2, channel 2, Call
Disconnected [MBID 323; 212] 
Dec 21 11:14:32 ascend01 ASCEND: slot 9 port 6, Call Terminated [MBID
323; 212]

I'v narrowed it down to something to do with LCP. Are there any MAX 4000
config. 
entries I should check?
