(ASCEND) pipeline 50 - change password automaticly

Hello,

We have about 100+ pipeline 50's placed at different customers. I'm trying
to make a script which is able to connect to the pipeline and then change
the password. 

We can't use snmp, cause it is disabled. So i was thinking about do some
expect scripting. But it seems hard to walk around in the menu system with
this. Is it possible to set the password in the Terminal mode ? Or any
other suggestions ?
