(ASCEND) Pipeline 75 Nailed vs switched for MP with BACP

I have a 24x7 connection to a PM3E and I want to run with a dedicated
connection using BACP to bring up the 2nd B channel based on demand however,
I would like to drop and bring up data calls when the line is not being used
for voice.

I would like for voice calls to take the highest priority - i.e.: drop a B
channel for the data call and then bring it back up.  How should I setup my
pipeline 75?
