Has anyone compiled a list of "The things to ask your telco for" when 
ordering Channelized T1's? I'm having a hell of a time getting two trunk 
provisioned CT1's from the local baby bell (Ameritech) - it's been two 
months already and from their last bunch of excuses it looks like it'll 
be another two months before I can use the 4048 I bought back in October 
- and their price to install two PRI's ($2-3k each) means I can't afford 
to go that route.
