We've got a CO in our facility. Making a call via our CO in house
line to the TNT via PRI's directly off the switch, we get perfect

It could also be badly installed house wiring, dirty connections,
wire guage mismatch. As for the office, we've found that is you're
on an SLC with old rev cards [ dont have version ] the call gets
clipped at 3Khz, disabling V.34+/V.FC by force.
