Re: (ASCEND) Slowest K56 ever?




This is normal, these 56k modems are the most annoying
things to come down the pike in ages; people buy them
thinking they will really work and then fuss at us 
because it's not a viable replacement for isdn.

You may want to point people at www.56k.com, is has
a good discusion of the issues involved and might
make people feel better about not getting 56k 
connections.
