Which implementation of RADIUS server are you using?  What version?
Are you using RADIUS for accounting in addition to authentication?
How many users/channels are using the same RADIUS server?

What are your Ethernet>Mod Config>Auth...>Auth Timeout and
Ethernet>Mod Config>Accounting...>Acct Timeout values?

Have you checked the RADIUS diagnostic statistics on the MAX?
e.g., go into Diagnotics mode on the MAX and issue the commands "radstats"
and "radDbgDump Q".
