I just installed 6.1.3 on a 4048 yesterday to test the V.90 once again.
It doesn't seem to running out of IP numbers (yet), but I've had about 100
or so disconnects with Cause Code 240.  None of my DCC matricies go above
195.  I've checked the website, etc.  Nothing.  All of the connections
last less than 60 seconds.  Anyone know what this is?  Please reply
directly to me since I am on digest, but would like to make headway asap.
