I have seen release notes for the TNT that state it can do this,
and from what I can see on one of my 4000s, you can do it there too
with something like this:

10-000 Net/T1        
10-100 Line Config
        Line 1...       
          Sig Mode=ISDN_NFAS  
          NFAS ID num=1
          Ch 24=D-Channel
        Line 2...       
          Sig Mode=ISDN_NFAS  
          NFAS ID num=1
          Ch 24=Switched
20-000 Net/T1        
20-100 Line Config 
        Line 1...       
          Sig Mode=ISDN_NFAS  
          NFAS ID num=2
          Ch 24=D-Channel
        Line 2...       
          Sig Mode=ISDN_NFAS  
          NFAS ID num=2
          Ch 24=Switched
