This is what IP the Pipeline passes off any connections to IT'S external IP
to...ie: say you have 11.22.33.44 assigned to the pipeline on the external
side and someone tries to telnet to port 25 of the pipeline (mail).  You can
point this to a default server (say, your mail server) and the incoming
connection will 'bounce' off of the pipeline to the mail server
automatically.  The DEFAULT entry tells it where to pass ANY incoming
connections.
