havin an analog call tryin to make a MPP connection when you have MPP
encaps disabled causes the leak or is it only when you have MPP allow'd?
We don't allow analog customers to use MPP whether they have a Shotgun
56Kflex or a Transend 76K (dual v.34 modem) as we treat that as 2 dial-up
accounts... But we have had requests for v.90 support but are reluctant
with all the rumors of problems with the 6.1.x firmware.

	Exactly... the customers that jump from ISP to ISP on a whim
aren't worth fightin for as they rarely add up to a steady revenue. If you
can provide a steady reliable high-quality service the customers that
realize that are goin to stick with you rather than jump ship for the
latest craze...
