Hello everyone

we've been having problems with a lot of our Max 1800's and 4060's recently - 
more so the 1800's.

It seems that for no apparent reason, the ethernet port on teh 1800's start to 
clog up. Ethernet utilisation is only 15% or so and all other servers on the 
10Mbs network can be ping'd at 2 - 10ms whereas the 1800 is ping'd at between 5 
and 4000ms.

Obviously any traffic passing through these particular max's is slowed.

We'ev contacted Ascend but they say its collisions, but they are normal for a 
network of this type and utilisation.

Has anyone else seen this sort of activity ?
