Have you checked the "Ascend-Menu-Item" attribute?  It would allow
you to create individualized menus on per-user basis.  Would that
work for you?

If this is not what you're looking for, and you mean "client" as
"NAS", check the "initial-banner-NASname" pseudo-user.
