(ASCEND) NAT ain't there?!

We got a "previously owned" Pipeline 130 for an ISDN client, and
it came with 4.6C software on it. Didn't have NAT.

I've only set up one P130 before and it had 5.0A and no problems
were seen.

I assumed that the software needed to be upgraded on this one since
it had no mention of NAT anywhere, so I did the upgrade to 4.6i18
and then to 5.0A as the docs say to do. No problems with the upgrade.

But NAT still ain't there. What did I do or what am I missing?
How to fix? I need this thing up later this morning.
