 Correct, in ISDL it's really not that big of a deal unless your looking 
for the additional bandwidth, But for ISDN it works for access without
any line charges, Kevin, Who is providing bandwidth over the D-Channel?
I think I heard something about Pac-Bell offering this, I'm curious how
does it work? do you know?
