(ASCEND) Stupid NAT tricks...

I have a user that supposedly wanted NAT and ISDN, we got it
working for him (and told him it was a metered service from the telco)
and NOW he wants his Nat-ed server to be accessible from outside, using
ftp primarily.

I don't know how to do this; getting NAT to work was a new thing for me
and I've only done two of 'em so far. He does have a dedicated IP
address on our side, through the on-board connection setup on our Max,
but I can't even ping that wne he's active. I assume this is normal,
but I know there's some way to "get to" his stuff.

How?
