(ASCEND) spare fans for Max 2000/4000

Hi,

we'll probably need a few new fans for some of our Maxen 
(2000 & 4000) in the very near future, the first unit has
developed one very "noisy" fan already. I'd very much appreciate 
any pointers  regarding a place to buy these beasts (ball-bearing 
versions only) and, here's where the fun starts, how to replace them :)
Again, any tips are highly welcome. A manufacturer/distributor
in Europe (preferrably .de) would be very nice as well.

P.S: How come we never had to replace any Cisco fans, even though 
we've been running Ciscos for >=5 years? :-)
