RE: (ASCEND) Once again ISDN cause codes



Actually,

Disconnect Cause Code 120 = Protocol disabled/unsupported

Progress Code 10 = Call Up

It looks like the profile for that customer, has a protocol setting that you
don't have available on your access server.  Either that or a caller
attempted to use a protocol that wasn't available.

there is no cause code 120...cause code 10 is "normal call clearing*
where are you getting these numbers from?
