	I can not say much thing about MAX 4000 but I tried 7.0.4 on TNT.
Although I encountered no problem on dialup (56k) connections, it failed
on IDSL connections (connections did not even come up). So I downgraded to
7.0.3. 7.0.3 is fine on both 56k and IDSL.
