(ASCEND) PL 130's

I have 4 PL130's that are labeled P130-UBRI-FT1.  When I looked at the menu,
some say they are 56K frame (Nailed 56) and some say they are T1 frame
(Nailed T1) in the menu's.  BANI (Bell Atlantic Network Integration)  tried
configuring them from BRI use to T1 FR use, and 3 of the 4 started resetting
in a power up loop.  Does anyone remember the jumpers to clear this?  How
can I tell by looking, which CSU I have in these boxes?  Could it be they
were shipped with 56K FR software loads and T1 CSU's?

I spent 4+ hours on hold with Ascend today, and was told they would have to
call me back on this because I used a support number tied to some TNT's
instead of PL's.  AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!!
