(ASCEND) Idle timeouts do not work anymore

Hello. Currently I am using a max6000 for our dialup customers, Software 
version 7.2.3. we have been using an older version of Ascend Access Control 
for unix, which until recently appeared to be working normally. From 
testing a dialup connection to my laptop, the max units USED to disconnect 
an idle connection after 25 minutes, we have not changed our configuration. 
Basically what happens now, is that user can stay on for over 8 hours, 
doing nothing, and the MAX unit never disconnects the user.

I am hoping that someone has seen this problem before, and hopefully knows 
the solution.


Also I did upgrade the MAX 6000 from 7. something not that long ago....


Any help greatly appreciated.
