(ASCEND) need cooling fan

I'm looking for a cooling fan for a Max 4002.  I've tried calling Lucent
and was routed all over their arcane phone tree.  I finally got sent to
tech support (to sell me a fan I guess) and the phone rang once and then
dead silence for 15 minutes.  If anyone knows the correct fan
description, someone who has them for sale or a midget with a newspaper,
I would dearly appreciate it!  I cannot remember being so frustrated
with such awful customer service.  They pretty much guarantee that I'll
be purchasing from another vendor in the future.  Thanks in advance!
