According to Frank, many moons ago, before 1.0 he's going to make sure
that all of the maps are nice and fair.  One substantial problem is
that the game is evolving very quickly.  Dimension door has caused
endless problems on some maps, and monsters keep changing in
capability, so there's no real way to control that either.
