Darn! Another misnomer, or ambiguous title. What I meant by "Freshly
Arrived" is "Freshly Arrived TIPS!". Not "players". Ok, I'll make the
title more explicit. This section is meant for people who've seen the
other tips and want to see just the new arrivals, before I put them in 
their proper spots. Be careful reading this section, any caliber/level 
tip may be in there...

Yes, I need to make the categorization more strict and explicit. I'm
working on it.
