Right. And trying to figure out what he dropped and when he dropped it and
whether it should be removed gets very complicated (suppose he dropped stuff,
moved to a different map - do we now remove the stuff from that other map? If
that map is swapped out, those objects don't really exist.)
doing an immediate save will be the method for future releases. This does
open up the treasure room bug (get to a treasure room, collect everything, kill
connection, wait for map to reset, recollect, etc.) However, being there is a
2 hour reset time, I doubt this would be done very often anyways (most treasure
rooms tend to have the same stuff, and at some point in the game, money is
pretty irrelevant, so getting multiple copies, even if worth lots of money,
doesn't do a lot of good).
