Re: [TCLUG:9836] new install
While the computer is booting, there should be a message at some point
that says "Press del to enter setup" or something similar. Other common
options are 'F1', 'ctrl-F1' and a few others. That should bring you to
the BIOS. Then just check each menu entry (usually the very first one)
until you come to the section that seems to be describing hard drives.
There should be an option there to enable/disable LBA.
