STMP/Pop3 setup

Hi all again,

In a previous life, I was a BBS operator (used Wildcat 5).  I've kept a
shell of Wildcat up and running to handle Pop3 and SMTP for my e-mail
account and my husband's at home.  Eventually I would like to migrate to
just use Linux for this.

Are their any good web sites, books, etc. that I could used to figure how to
to setup Pop3 and STMP with RedHat 6.1?
